Maritime Emergency Response Educators (MERE)
Maritime – Protection Audit Consulting Training (M-PACT)

MERE M-PACT SOLUTIONS founder Forest Herndon Jr., CEO and Senior Trainer has 35 years as a federal employee with the U.S Department of Transportation and Department of Defense having experience in researching and developing curricula, as well as providing required specialized training primarily to the United States Merchant Marine, Navy, Coast Guard as well as, State and First Responders.

His passion to mentor and to educate others inspired him to create Maritime Emergency Response Educators (MERE) in 2007. The companies’ focus was to provide emergency response training for those that work and or may respond to an event in this arena. That plan was slightly altered in 2016 when he acquired a company Maritime Protection Audit Training (M-PACT). Currently serving as CEO and President of both, Forest merged the two brands and created MERE M-PACT Solutions LLC.
